Warranties & Limitations
- Webholice will deliver services with reasonable skill and care.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites due to factors beyond our control (e.g., hosting issues, third-party software).
- Webholice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material terms.
- Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
